Service: Many of the paintings featured on the site are available to purchase today. I also accept commissions, giving you the opportunity to specify the size and to request modifications based on the pictures shown on this site. Feel free to contact me by email or phone with your requirements.

Payment: Because of the nature of my business, once you have made an order I will call you to discuss your requirements and arrange payment. I accept most major credit cards and cheques made payable to Natalie Collett. A deposit of 50% is required before a commission is started.

Delivery: Artworks are delivered to your door ready to hang within 4 weeks from when your order is placed (unless stated otherwise).

A signature is required upon delivery. I use a professional worldwide express courier. Your artwork is insured during carriage.

Once your order has been delivered to you and I have received payment in full, then you become the owner of the artwork.
You will be advised by email when your order has been despatched.

All pictures are securely packed and I am confident that your parcel will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately by email or phone so that I can investigate and put the matter right without undue delay.


Buyers Guide
Please retain all the original packing materials. If the delivery package is damaged the delivery document must be signed as damaged. Your consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns/money back
Should you not be completely satisfied with the artwork you receive you may return it within 14 days for a full refund less carriage. Any damage sustained to the art while in your care will invalidate your claim.
